Hetch Hetchy Water and Power reports as follows:
We have some above average releases from the HHRWS reservoirs planned for this week and weekend in response to the current weather and to accommodate Hetchy valve maintenance.
Today through Saturday:

Hetch Hetchy will be releasing ~500 cfs to control reservoir elevation.

Cherry Lake will be releasing ~500 cfs to control reservoir elevation.
·
Lake Eleanor has recently refilled and spill + valve releases equal ~850 cfs. Increased inflows are expected tonight, which will result in additional spill. We expect up to 1700 cfs spill + valve releases
at Eleanor today through Thursday, tapering to the ~1200 cfs range over the weekend. Weather fluctuations could increase or decrease the spill rates.

Holm PH will be generating at 550 cfs through Friday 16:00, at which point we will increase to 950 cfs.
Sunday
·
Hetch Hetchy releases will ramp up from 500 cfs to 3700 cfs, between 07:00 and 15:00.

Cherry Lake releasing 500 cfs
·
Lake Eleanor spill + valve releases ~900-1100 cfs
·
Holm PH drafting 950 cfs.
Monday
·
Hetch Hetchy releases will ramp up from 3700 cfs to 7300 cfs, at 08:00. Releases will drop back down to 3700 in the late afternoon.

Cherry Lake releasing 500 cfs

Lake Eleanor spill + valve releases ~800-1000 cfs
·
Holm PH drafting 950 cfs.
Tuesday
·
Hetch Hetchy releases will ramp down from 3700 cfs to 500-1000 cfs, between 07:00 and 15:00.

Cherry Lake releasing 500 cfs

Lake Eleanor spill + valve releases ~700-900 cfs
·
Holm PH drafting 950 cfs.
