Hetch Hetchy Water and Power reported on July 1 as follows:

Please see the table below for a projected schedule of HHWP releases affecting flows on the Tuolumne River and Cherry Creek this week. Several important notes:

• Hetch Hetchy Reservoir is expected to fill and spill late this week (Thursday or Friday), leading to increased releases to the Tuolumne River. Total release, including spill, is a best estimate.
• Cherry Reservoir is approximately full; the reservoir will be managed at a flat elevation via valve adjustments (up to several hundred cfs +/-).
• Holm and Kirkwood Powerhouses will continue to cycle up and down following load and power pricing fluctuations. Flow rates in the table indicate the daily minimum release rate (occurring during approx. 7am – 2 pm).
