Hetch Hetchy Water and Power reported on July 3 as follows:

Please see the table below for an update to flow projections on Cherry Creek and the Tuolumne River. Several notes:

• Hetch Hetchy Reservoir is expected to fill and spill slightly later than previously anticipated.
• Current projection is for spill to begin mid-day Saturday, July 6^th. Spill is currently projected to persist for approximately 2 weeks. Spill is included in first release column and is a rough estimate.

• Cherry Reservoir is full and being continuously managed at a relatively flat elevation via valve adjustments as needed. Current valve release is approximately 375 cfs.

• Lake Eleanor is being managed via valve releases and spill, which are expected to remain relatively constant, or slightly decreasing throughout the period.

• Holm and Kirkwood Powerhouses will continue to cycle up and down following daily power pricing and load fluctuations.
• Flow rates in the table indicate the daily minimum release rates (occurring during approx. 7am – 2 pm).
• Flows outside these hours may range upwards of 980 cfs at HPH and 275 cfs at KPH.
