We paddled the Outlet creek run on Dec. 1st from 11:30-2. Flow seemed to be around 1000-1200cfs. We thought most the flow was coming out of Outlet creek around 600-700.

As of last Tuesday the flat water started at the private bridge across the reservoir. It's about 1.7 miles to the boat ramp from there.
