South Fork Yuba

Dan "Squirlock" Scurlock setting up for one of the last big rapids of
Purdons to 49. The paddler enters down this channel on river left,
and then makes an abrupt move back to the right. The idea is to slice
the hole at the bottom of the falls. It is a tight little area at the
bottom with a rock wall on your immediate left, and another boulder
