2. The flows were scheduled to ramp up from about 150 cfs during the day of Thursday, October 4, ending the workday at 300 cfs. The ramping rate was 20 cfs per hour.
3. The flows below Little Grass Valley Dam were scheduled to be at 300 cfs by the morning of Friday, October 5, and to remain at that level all day, every day, through the end of Wednesday, October 17.
4. On the morning of Thursday, October 18, flows were scheduled to start ramping down towards the minimum flow of around 10 cfs. The ramping rate was 20 cfs per hour.
