2. Since the May report isn't available yet, the above PROVISIONAL schedule is based on the March report, which predicts that the current water year is Dry.
3. However, if the final water year ends up being Critically Dry instead of Dry, then the above schedule will change to match (we'll lose two release days: the 16th and 30th). Conversely, if by some miracle the final water year ends up better than Dry, then the above schedule changes too (in non-obvious ways). Bottom line: be sure to check back here around April 8, and again around May 8, for an update.
