| If you've seen the Tule running at a perfect level in the winter and wonder if it's worth the long drive...it's probably not. During the winter the majority of the flow comes in from lower elevation. I would consider 320cfs near Springville to be the bare minimum for the Middle Tule, and too low for South Middle.
I'd estimate there was 150cfs actually on the Middle Tule run below the SFMF and NFMF confluence with the gauge at 320 in town.
When does that change in the spring? We'll see!
