I've ran the East Fork of the North Fork Trinity twice in the last month. On the first run we encountered a lot of new wood, most was fairly easy to get around. Then yesterday we found five new logs in the river. Some were cut, probably for the fire line. Because of the Bake Fire you can expect to find lots of new wood in the North Fork Trinity. The fire line was mostly on the North Fork side of Back Bone Ride so I would expect even more wood on the North Fork Trinity. The New River watershed might also be effected by this fire. However fire is common to the New River and probably won't have as dermic of an effect.
