  There Was 2.79 Inches Of Precipitation!
(Which Consisted Of Snow That I Had To Melt In My Microwave Oven!
To See How Much Water My Rain Gauge Contained!)
From 8:00 A.M. Yesterday To 8:00 A.M. Today!
And The Grand Total Rainfall The Year Since Jan. 1st! = 13.09
Inches!
And I Went To The Gage At The Confluence Of The North Fork And
Middle Fork Of The Smith River At 8:00 This Morning!
And There Is 1½ Inches Of Snow At The North Fork Confluence!
And The N. F. Of The Smith River Dropped 7 Inches!
And The North Fork Of The Smith River!
Did Not Rise As Much As N.O.A.A. Expected!
Because It Came Down In The Form Of Snow!
And Did Not Effect Quite The River As Much!

(And The River Is At A Fairly High Level To Kayak On Today!)

| | I Just Got Back From Driving The Road To The North Fork Of The Smith River! I Went Up Low Divide To The Put In! And Then I Came Back Over The Gasquet Mountain Road = 17N03 And The Only Tress That Were Down Were On 199 At The Bottom Of The Gasquet Mountain Road! 🙂 To Funny!
