We paddled from Fern Point, one mile above the NFMF, all the way to the Black Butte conluence. It took us two days, and the best stretch was from Asa Bean down. We portaged 6 times in 22 miles and consider this a North Coast mandatory classic! Our flow was 1500ish @ Dos Rios. May still be flowing next week, although the snowpack is almost gone.
