If you want to know how to build your own raft frame out of PVC just send me your email address and I'll send the PDF to you. Too wimpy you think. I got 26 years out of mine with many a class 5 outing. No cost, free. When I bought a bigger raft I photographed the process of making a new frame.
No rust problems. 40lbs. Won't scratch up your vehicles as much. Can leave it sitting on dirt.

Seems like it costs around $200 total to build with oar lock set up and free labor.
