There was a tree that had fallen across the center entrance to Rock Garden. The tree got bucked... took a couple of days to move out and wedged just above "in- decision" rock. The bucked portion has been bumped again and is stuck perpendicular to Harvest on the upstream side just below the surface (at 1300 c.f.s.). Notify swimmers to stay away from Harvest (Duh...). There are pliable branches on the trunk portion and every effort should be made to keep swimmers away from the area.
