| Flow yesterday was around 1800cfs. Probably below 1000 cfs there is a killer log jam down on the final stretch before Church Lane take out. At this level the river splits just before it, stay right. Lots of log problems along all of the river that can be missed if you pay attention. Got my 16 foot raft down it. Pretty tight on the first mile, but no log problems just rocks in the river. I call that section pinball. And as usual on the Van Duzen the river can look way deeper than it is and tons of brush on the sides that a swimmer or boat could get caught in. Still a really beautiful cruise.
