Silver creek rarely has enough flow and is very unpredictable however access to the put in is very limited and has been this way for sometime.There is a locked gate about 2 mi from camino reservoir down a very steep hill. If you read one of the write ups of this run they did not encounter this gate. This gate will probably always be locked and no one will probably ever boat it again.  If you go and find something different let us know.
