Due the Carr Fire there are emergency changes with little or no notice happening to the Lewiston Release. The most recent note increases flows from 750 to 1250. There is no reliable schedule until further notice. The Trinity Power Plant is being evacuated and communications are disrupted. This will affect flows at all downstream points, obviously.
