| Hetch Hetchy Water and Power reports today as follows:

Please note that Holm and Kirkwood generation will be scheduled to cycle dramatically this week in response to marked volatility in power demands and grid congestion. This cycling will begin tomorrow, April 6, 2022.
Flows at Merals Pool may decrease to below 1,000 cfs during mid-day hours (timing below).
Cherry Reservoir
* Valve releases at approx. 6 cfs
* Holm Powerhouse will cycle daily between approx. 75 cfs and 900 cfs + Decreased flows are expected during daytime hours (~08:00 - 18:00), though timing may vary depending on demand
Lake Eleanor
* Valve releases at approx. 11 cfs
* Full and spilling, spill rates of 100-250 cfs are expected
Hetch Hetchy Reservoir
* Valve releases from O'Shaughnessy at approx. 130 cfs
* Kirkwood Powerhouse spill to the Tuolumne will cycle daily between 0 and approximately 680 cfs + Kirkwood cycling will mimic cycling at Holm Powerhouse, zero spill during 08:00-18:00 period. |

| Quote: | Due to volatility in power demands/pricing and inflow forecasts, a few changes are noted below. Additionally, an upcoming Holm Powerhouse outage is outlined in the Cherry Reservoir section.
We are doing our best to keep the community updated as to the projected flows on the Tuolumne, but please be advised that flows and timing may vary dramatically over the next several weeks.
Cherry Reservoir
* Valve releases at approx. 6 cfs
* Holm Powerhouse will cycle between 50-900 cfs
+ Flows will be scheduled to reduce from 500 cfs to approx. 50 cfs at 08:00 for the coming week
+ High flows will resume at 17:00 each day
* Holm Powerhouse is scheduled for a maintenance outage on April 17-18
+ Generation will be cut at 08:00 on April 17, resuming at approx. 18:00 on April 18
Lake Eleanor
* Valve releases at approx. 11 cfs
* Full and spilling, spill rates of 100-250 cfs are expected this weekend, decreasing next week with cooler weather
Hetch Hetchy Reservoir
* Valve releases from O'Shaughnessy at approx. 130 cfs
+ Valve releases will decrease to approx. 65 cfs next week
* Kirkwood Powerhouse spill to the Tuolumne will cycle daily between 0 and approximately 250 cfs
+ Kirkwood spill will decrease to 0 cfs at 07:00 for the coming week
+ High flows will resume at 18:00 each day |

Monday April 11 through Friday April 15. All other releases are unchanged.
We strive to keep the user community updated on projected flows on the Tuolumne River, flows are expected to vary significantly
over the coming weeks.
Cherry Reservoir
* Valve releases at approx. 6 cfs
* Holm Powerhouse will cycle between 50-900 cfs
+ Flows will be scheduled to reduce from 500 cfs to approx. 50 cfs at 08:00 on Saturday April 9 and Sunday April 10
+ Flows will be scheduled to reduce from 140 cfs to approx. 50 cfs at 08:00 Monday April 11 through Friday April 15
+ High flows will resume at 17:00 each day
* Holm Powerhouse is scheduled for a maintenance outage on April 17-18
+ Generation will be cut at 08:00 on April 17, resuming at approx. 18:00 on April 18 |
