There is a log in the main drop of the rapid called the rose, it is a tricky blind spot and cannot be seen from river level. It is advisable to scout on the left see the obstruction and ferry to the right side of the river to portage.

There is a significant storm on its way next week and hopefully it will move, and we will update.
