| As of February 19th, On Wards Ferry Road from the Groveland side, we found the road closed and impassable 3 miles up from the bridge by a concrete berm all the way across. From the west side of the reservoir the concrete berms are 2/3 of the way across the road with a movable barricade. However, the road is not in good shape. (small rock slides etc.)
