Fifteenth annual Free AMERICAN RIVER CONFLUENCE FESTIVAL
Join Protect American River Canyons for the Fifteenth annual free AMERICAN RIVER CONFLUENCE FESTIVAL in Auburn Sunday, June 11, 9 am to 4 pm. Featuring Haute Trash Recyclables Fashion Show, Saul Rayo & Cocina del Mundo world beat music, Wild Things Wildlife Assembly, Sierra Storytelling, hikes, rock climbing wall, nature and art activities, information booths, good food, and much more in a shaded river village atmosphere, at the American River Overlook on Pacific Ave behind the Gold Country fairgrounds in Auburn.
The Confluence Festival includes a huge silent auction to benefit the American River featuring: A red Aire Tomcat Tandem Inflatable Kayak, river art work, photographs and much, much more.
High Noon program includes updates on American River restoration and the proposed Auburn dam revival.
