Anybody know ... Is it fully ramped up to 1650cfs by 2pm 8/28 (or suddenly)? And how quickly does it ramp down?

"Flows from the dam will jump from its current level of 450 cubic feet per second to 1,650 cfs beginning Aug. 28 at about 2 p.m. They’ll come back down beginning at midnight on Aug. 30."

Actually ... I found out it's not 1650 cfs until Midnight Sunday -- 2p.m. is when it STARTS ramping up from 450 cfs, supposedly.
