| | I talked with Adam from Hetch Hetchy, and during high flow events during the winter the conduit holding the gauge was destroyed. He did not seem optimistic with variable weather conditions and high flows that the gauge would be fixed or replaced in the immediate future, and said he believed they would fix it when the water dropped out, most likely below boatable flows. Meaning the wonderful resource of having a gauge on Upper Cherry will not be there for this season, but hopefully next! Back to checking the Tuolumne gauge and a little bit of guesswork.
