As the water went up today we saw a big green trash dumster that was perched above Barking Dog- float off and sink just to the left of the Wave Train- Not sure if it sank open face upstream but it was headed in that way. It would be very bad news for swimmers or maybe even for capsized kayakers- ( dont know how deep the dumster is). BE CAREFUL!!!! We are notifying the dumster's owner and will post again once its removed. However this maybe some time as they may have to wait until water goes down.

| Waded out at low water this morning in a drysuit and found the submerged dumpster. Tied a rope to the dumpster and attached it to a tree on the left shore. Dumpster is approximately 25' from the left bank and 50' below the rapid itself. Dumpster will be removed at some point -- one hopes soon -- but in the interim, be cautious when exiting Barking Dog.
