| Bill Deitchman of California State Parks writes that Arnie reports:
"Just a quick note to let you know that there is a rope hazard at the bottom of "Satans Cesspool" on river left after the rapid. This area is called "Son of Satan".
One of our guides used their throwbag on a client. He got the client back but not the bag. So please be aware that there is 50 foot of rope in the river.
I do have a group of guides that will try to find and recover the rope Friday late morning."
So hopefully the bag has been recovered, but use caution in case not.
