| Is there really no release for July 4th? It's a Wednesday this year.

| Not according to the schedule, and I find no provisions in the agreement for special handling of variable-day holidays like July 4, Christmas Day, New Year's.
Which doesn't mean they won't release July 4 anyway. I'll ask.

| Since it will be during the week of a Full Moon there will be some sort of high water release at night on the 3rd and the 4th. It is certainly not crowed at night.
