| The gauge on dreamflows for New Bullards Bar Dam should not be there. As Ion posted and I found out the hard way that all the water that is comming out of the Dam is going into the colgate powerhouse that is all fed through a tube leaving the river bed dry. I don't see how this gauge is ever helpful and should be removed from dreamflows.

| This flow site doesn't report any flows right now, so what's the issue? I'm leaving it on the reports for now, in the hope that we can come up with a way to reliably estimate the flow in some other way that the outflow from BUL. If we don't, I'll remove the flow site.
