| | I would like to access a URL with accurate snowpack measurements, including water contact. I believe Southern Sierras (Kern River drainage) is currently at 17% of normal.

| | Click on Links in the gray linksbar right at the bottom of the page, go to Snowpack Information and click away ... the one I use the most is the first entry, CDEC - CA Snow Water Content. Given that the Southern Section generally looks to be about 25% of average, I'd say that 17% for the Kern specifically is entirely believable. Bummer!
