I own 10+ acres with 700 feet of river front on the SoFo Yuba in Washington. Also fronts creek with waterfalls. Property has two swimming holes with a class 4 rapid between. Endless trails for hiking, biking, xc skiing. River is great for paddling, swimming, fishing and picnicing. Great views - excellent solar ops.
I am looking for a partner to buy a percentage - price depends on that share and willing to carry.
Separate driveway, septic, location from my cabin.

| Interested. How much acreage are you selling? How much per acre? Could a Permanent Solar Yurt residence be built there with well and septic?
