| American Whitewater has confirmed with Pacific Gas & Electric and Plumas National Forest that there will be recreational releases on the North Fork Feather River Rock Creek section this SATURDAY ONLY. 900 cfs from 9am - 3pm.
There will not be releases on Sunday due to the National Weather Service forecast for heavy rain events that could wash debris and ash from the recent Dixie wildfire into the watershed. Plumas National Forest recommends paddlers should plan to leave the area after boating and not camp Saturday night in the canyon.
