Does the dreamflows guage read low or high? Right now it's reading 416, what's the likely flow?

It's a CDEC realtime gauge with a history of problems ... and the reports so far this year seem to indicate it's under-reading, see this thread.

Dreamflows reported 800 cfs, which corresponds to 26.8 on the gauge below Milsap Bar bridge. Seemed like a perfect flow.

P.S. Don't run Atom Bomb like this anymore. The pool is mostly gone and sieved out.
