| Jan. 31st At 8:00 A.M. In Gasquet Sunrise: 7:28 A.M. Sunset: 5:28 P. M. The Air Temperature Was 40 Degrees! The Water Temperature At The N.F. Confluence Was 39 Degrees! And The Smith River Was At (7 Feet 11 Inches) At 8:00 A.M. Today, On The Gauge (On The Big Pipes) At The Water Treatment Plant, At The Confluence Of The North And Middle Fork Of The River! (The River Is At A Low Level To Raft Or Kayak On Today!) (See The Dreamflows Daily Flows Graph Below!) http://www.dreamflows.com/graphs/day.162.php The N.F. Of The Smith River Dropped 1 Inch! From 8:00 A.M. Yesterday To 8:00 A.M. Today! And There Was No Precipitation At All! From 8:00 A.M. Yesterday To 8:00 A.M. Today! There Is A 0% Chance Of Rain Expected For Today! And There Is A 0% Chance Of Rain Expected For Tonight! (According To The N.O.A.A. Report At 8:00 A.M.) At http://www.nws.noaa.gov/ So With No Rain Expected Today & No Rain Expected Tonight! The River Level Will Drop Some Today! & Will Drop Some Tonight! (And The River Will Be At A Low Level For Boating Again Tomorrow!) THE ROAD TO THE NORTH FORK OF THE SMITH IS OPEN! My Truck’s Out Of The Shop! I Can Now Try To Keep The N. F. Road Open! I Put In A Big Heavy Duty Clutch & Automatic Positive Locking Differentials! I Have A Real Four Wheel Drive Truck Now!
