| From NID, about Bear River flows: "At present it is a bit uncertain, but I would not anticipate the flows going any lower until sometime after the weather clears up. In the near term the flow will probably go higher. Currently the flow in the river is 625 cfs. Rollins is within 3 feet of spilling and still rising. It came up 5 feet yesterday. All though it is not rising as rapidly as yesterday, there still is more precipitation coming so it will probably be spilling within a few days."
