No. Yuba Below New Bullards Bar is back! Yuba County Water Agency shared that CDEC's CPH site is Colgate Powerhouse flow, i.e. it's the diversion from New Bullards Bar, so subtracting CPH from BUL gives the release to the river. Thanks to Bob Center for discovering this and passing it on.
