Due to the hotter weather inflows into New Bullards Bar Reservoir have increased to over 6,000 cfs, and have started to increase storage at a much faster pace than recent days. This rate of inflow is expect to continue and increase as warmer weather moves in for the weekend. Today spill from NBB increased from 500 cfs to 1,000 cfs, and the spill will be increased by 500 cfs each day until the spill reaches 3,000 cfs. Spill may be adjusted next week to maintain NBB storage below full pool.
