| Paddled this section 0n 2-15-12 ago and another old-growth tree with fully branched trunk fell across 95% of the river in the middle of a good rapid about 2 miles below big springs (where 2 previous trees are still fencing arguably the best rapid on the run). At ~750 cfs we snuck this new death trap on the far right, good news it can be seen from a ways away. There is another limbless tree spanning the river in the middle of the Hearst complex. This one has a small gap in the middle and rapids are small.
