| Anyone been on the East Fork Carson lately? Flows look pretty low for rafting. 525cfs yesterday at noon. Has anyone rafted at this rate? Comments/Advice? Thanks.

| Hey team splash, I have run it in a fully loaded oar frame at 400, yea it is a bit boney in the flats, but i didnt have any real difficulties.

Sweet! Appreciate the reply. We're going to go for it with 2 fully loaded oar frames. We were getting a little concerned with such a lite snow pack this year, but we didn't want to cancel our 6th annual mother's day trip! Thanks again. Happy paddling!

We put on Friday the 11th at around 600cfs and had no issues in a fairly lightly loaded gearboat. I thought the flow was great, more would obviously be better but even a little less would be OK as well. There are quite a few shallow rocks to avoid (obviously) and stay off of the shoals and you should be fine. Had initially expected to be doing a bit of pushing/dragging at this flow, but was not the case. This was my first trip here so I can't compare other flows, but I will say that I would happily be up there again this weekend if I didn't have to work.

| Thanks for the report! Will have to give it a try at this low flow. I will pack as light as possible.
