There is a boat vertically pinned (almost fully submerged) on the Tobin section of the North Feather in the left part of the rapid often called Double Drop (about half-way through the run). The boat is just to the right of the entrance to the Green Room part of the rapid that people used to run at low flows before the rocks/wood shifted. The boat is currently out of play of the normal right-side double-drop line but may shift as the flow drops so please be careful if you plan to head in there later this week at the lower flow. I was not able to extract it today because of the higher flow but will extract it with help this week.

The boat has been removed from the river so it no longer poses a potential hazard.
