| Bill Deitchman of CA State Parks writes as follows:
"Boaters,
Please be advised that PCWA has confirmed that there will be 7 day boatable flows on the Middle Fork American River below Oxbow through September 29th. After that, Oxbow will only be releasing minimum flows throughout October and into early November. The boatable flows are normally a release of approximately 1050 cfs from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
