The flow readings of 1500 cfs on Oct 24,2013 do not look accurate to me, for several reasons. It looks like a gauge error to me. I have an inquiry into Edison and they are checking on it. I will report back when I have a definite answer.

Edison reported to me that it was a computer error giving a false high reading on October 23 & 24, 2013.
