Dave Steindorf of American Whitewater writes: "The North Fork Feather will be flowing again this Sunday, 2/9.  These releases are part of PG&E's license requirement to provide channel maintenance flows.  Flows will start at 7:00 am Sunday morning on the Rock Creek and at 11:00 am on Cresta.  Flows will continue until Monday morning.  Flows will be at least 1000 cfs.  Weather looks to be a little sketchy, so please be careful driving in the canyon."
