South Feather Water & Power writes today as follows:

"Access to South Fork Diversion via Mooreville Ridge Rd is only accessible from the Lumpkin Rd. side, not via the Sly Creek Reservoir side.  The Forest Service Road next to Sly Creek was washed out this spring, and they have not yet repaired it."
