PG&E anticipates over 1000 CFS to spill from Spaulding Reservoir over these next several days due to pineapple express conditions - warm rains on top of snow melting. Plus anticipate more flow coming into the river due to side tributaries downstream of Spaulding. Note access to Golden Quartz put in in Washington is blocked/gated due to construction of the Canyon Creek Bridge. Tight turnaround and no parking at the gate.
