NID saw Bowman Reservoir fill during this last storm. It had 12 feet of room but now water is at the brim. Releases into Canyon Creek are happening but spilling is expected during this next big storm, T,W,T,F. Remember access is blocked due to bridge construction and there is no room to park at the gate - turnaround is very small.
