Recreational flows are canceled for September on the NF Feather for the Rock Creek reach. But American Whitewater has worked with PG&E and managing agencies to tentatively reschedule releases for October 23rd & 24th and October 30th & 31st. The caveats to these releases being that the anticipated reopening of parts of the Plumas National Forest will take place and that Highway 70 fully opens to normal traffic. We also remind paddlers that releases for the Poe Hydropower Project are scheduled for the weekend of October 9th & 10th.
