| | Spencer Bleadorn at the Groveland Ranger Station reports as follows: "I am happy to say that the long awaited opening of Lumsden Road has happened!! The recreation staff here on the Groveland was finally able to open the road, and from all reports the boating looks great. There is one restriction on the road, from South Fork Campground to the Lumsden Bridge only vehicles under 50 inches in width are permitted. Both Lumsden Campground and South Fork Campground are accessible and ready for use. Please contact me with any questions you might have. I look forward to see you all down there this summer.
