I just spoke with PG&E, and got the following information:

Temperatures in the upper Yuba/Bear drainage are causing more rapid than anticipated runoff.

-- The Bear below Rollins Reservoir / Highway 174 will flow approximately 400 cfs on Saturday, May 17 and Sunday, May 18. See Dreamflows for actual flow information

If you paddle this run, please fill out the on-line FERC Relicensing recreational flow survey, available on the American Whitewater website.
