There is a new river wide tree just 15 yards below the diversion dam at the take out on the lower 2.5 mile section below the Big Trees run. There's fast water moving through on the right side of the diversion dam that could pose an issue if carrying you into the large strainer. It's all easy to see when running your shuttle. It's safest to just get out well before the dam.

| That tree is mostly gone - if not entirely by now. Probably not much of a hazard anymore by most standards. Along with other old hazard posts. Might be the hazard icon on the flow page can come down for now.
