The Colorado - In Cataract Canyon gauge is a computation based on the Green - At Green River and Colorado at Cisco gauges, both of which are far upstream. Dreamflows estimates flow travel time from both upstream gauges to Cataract Canyon, with the result that the computation predicts future flows. The bottom line is that you get a prediction of tomorrow's flow today.
