There is a stuck valve at the Balch Afterbay dam that is releasing around 250 cfs into the river. PG&E can not repair the valve till October, 2011. They expect flows to remain around 250 for most of that time. Flows may drop or become irregular as we get closer to October. ________________________________ Paul Martzen Fresno, CA
