| Gauge is stuck around 350 cfs sine 1/6. From local observation it seems out of order.

| I would disagree. If you have been following the weather the rain has been stop and go and the temps have been cold. This will keep the flow some what steady. It would be my bet that the flow will drop much lower later today because it has stopped raining all together.
